This proposed cultural department takes the atmosphere of collective life as a design question. How do we welcome people? How do we disagree? What helps a group recover its attention and begin again?
The paperwork is short. Make the room kinder. Give the moment a little imagination. Turn a good intention into a public gesture someone can feel.
